2. How do I pay for my item?
You can pay for your item directly through our website using a credit or debit card. Via telephone, or in store. We also accept cheques through the post.
3. Is there a charge for delivery?
We deliver free of charge to all mainland UK, with the exception of postcode areas IV, KW, AB, DD, which will be charged £30 due to additional transport costs.
4. What is your returns policy?
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, for your peace of mind we offer a money back 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, then you have 7 days from accepting delivery to decide if you wish to return the items. If you decide to return the items then we can arrange to have the goods uplifted from you at a collection charge of £29 or you can return the goods to us yourself.
We reserve the right to withhold part of your refund if returns are delivered damaged. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
5. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We check all the items before despatch to ensure that they are in pristine condition, however, due to its size & weight, beds & furniture sometimes can occasionally receive damage whilst in transit.
If your item arrives with you damaged please notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) via email at sales@the-bedroom.net or via telephone: 0161 620 6777. Depending on the extent of the damage, we would then offer the customer a choice of either a discount to keep the item or a complete replacement of the damaged part.
6. How can I be sure that my credit/debit card details are secure when I shop with you on-line?
All credit card payments are processed with full encryption using Worldpay's Secure on line services. You may also input your details ready for manual processing through our PDQ, this option captures your details through a 128 bit secure server connection that encrypts card details, making the process extremely secure. For those who may prefer not to use their credit or Debit cards over the internet, you may place your order by telephone with our friendly and fully trained Sales staff.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at anytime before delivery and receive a full refund minus a £15 administration charge. If you do wish to cancel, please contact us a soon as possible either via email: sales@the-bedroom.net or telephone: 0161 620 6777. Special orders, such as bespoke items and beds and mattresses made to special sizes may not be cancelled and refunded.
8. How quickly will I receive my goods?

9. Do your items carry guarantees?
